Welcome to LuvLnk. By using our platform and booking a session, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.

General Terms

LuvLnk provides digital communication services intended for personal guidance. Our experts provide advice and support, but this does not constitute certified medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. By using the platform, you understand and agree to act according to your own judgement.

Service Outcomes Disclaimer

Please keep in mind that our sessions are designed to offer support, a listening ear, and ideas based on our experts' personal experiences. We do not promise or guarantee that we will completely solve your personal problems, nor can we guarantee that a specific person will return to your life after a session. Our goal is strictly to help you navigate your situation with better clarity and emotional support.

Cancellation Policy

  • ✦ You can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session start time.
  • ✦ If you choose to reschedule your session at any point, the option to cancel the order is permanently forfeited. Rescheduled orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Reschedule Policy

  • ✦ You can reschedule up to one time before your session begins through your "My Bookings" dashboard.
  • ✦ Rescheduling is blocked 30 minutes before the session start time to ensure expert availability.

Refund Policy

  • ✦ Processing Time — Once a valid refund is initiated (e.g., via a compliant cancellation), the refund process will take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
  • ✦ Expert Unavailability — In the rare event that we cannot provide an expert or facilitate the session on our end, a full refund will be automatically provided to you.

User Guidelines

Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards our experts will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Child Protection Compliance

Our platform strictly requires users to be 18 years or older. As a startup based in India, we operate under total compliance with the Constitution and local acts. We strictly stand against and do not tolerate the violation of any child protection laws. Any minor attempting to use the service, or any user attempting to misuse the platform in relation to minors, will be permanently banned.

Limitation of Liability (Self-Harm & Crises)

Under no circumstances do we take medical or psychological liability. If a user acts in self-harm, expresses suicidal intent, or executes any life-threatening acts during or after a video call, conference, or chat session, LuvLnk and its experts bear absolutely zero liability or responsibility. We are consultants offering friendly advice, not licensed therapists handling psychological crises. We do not support, encourage, or provide medical interventions for such matters. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, you must contact local emergency or crisis intervention services immediately.
